City of Arts and Sciences

The meticulous restoration of the Valeriola Palace over five years perfectly combines contemporary aesthetics with rich historical significance.Discover this emblematic 17th century Valencian palace converted into a museum and housing the private collection by Hortensia Herrero with works by renowned artists, some of whom have designed site-specific pieces for various spaces in this building, such as Tomás Saraceno, Jaume Plensa, Olafur Eliasson, Cristina Iglesias, Sean Scully and Mat Collishaw.
