The Soplao Mining Via Ferrata is a sporting activity that requires no prior knowledge of caving, via ferrata, or climbing, but does require good physical condition and strength, especially in the arms, to ensure the activity can be carried out safely and without difficulty. It is classified as K3, lasts 3 hours, and is guided and supervised by two guides.To participate in this activity, participants must go to the Mining Via Ferrata Visitor Center, located in Plaza del Monte, near the village of Caviña (La Florida) in the municipality of Valdáliga (43º 18'57''N 4º 24'48''W). It is essential to arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled time, as this time is used to provide safety, progression, and conduct guidelines within the mine. Failure to arrive on time for these explanations will result in the loss of your entry rights.
