Each attraction or facility is designed for a particular use and the conditions of use of each of them and other indications distributed by the park must be followed, since in addition to ensuring your safety they are designed for your enjoyment and health in the facilities.
The picnic can only be practiced in specifically designated areas.
The loungers can only be used in the assigned areas and it is prohibited to move them to other areas.
Most of the park's attractions have mechanical and electrical components, so the company reserves the right to close the attractions for maintenance; You will always be notified in writing at the box office. In the event of a lack of service at one or more attractions, you will not be entitled to a full or partial refund of the ticket amount.
The client has no right to any refund of the entrance ticket once inside the park facilities, nor when the weather conditions motivate the decision to close the attractions or the park.
In the event of a serious breakdown, catastrophe or threat of explosives or any other type of threat, the Park Administrator may decide to vacate the premises for security reasons. You cannot claim a refund of the entrance ticket or any other concept.
The company has the right to modify prices, discounts, hours or opening dates at any time for its own reasons or those unrelated to the park.
In the interest of hygiene and safety, all patrons using the water attractions must wear swimwear only.
The Park Management reserves the right of admission and may also, if the behavior of one or more users is not correct, proceed to expulsion from the enclosure.
