Access to the penthouse for 1 person regardless of age. Hours: Penthouse opens at 12:45 pm. Open bar and menu service from 1 pm to 3 pm (outside of these hours, drinks will be charged at the corresponding prices). Check-out at 4 pm.

Passeig Russafa 3 (penthouse). Access via Parking Apk2 (next to the Lys cinema entrance). You will need to go down to level -1 to meet the event staff. Please arrive 30 minutes before the event.

It is recommended to arrive as early as possible, at least 1 hour, to avoid potential access disruptions due to the large crowds in Valencia, especially on weekends and between March 15th and 19th.

In the event of the cancellation of the Mascletà by the authorities, an alternative date will be offered (subject to client approval and availability). If no alternative date is available, a full refund will be issued, provided the request for a date change or refund is made within 48 hours of the event's cancellation. In the event that, due to circumstances beyond the control of OXXO EVENTOS and due to FORCE MAJEURE, the event cannot be held, OXXO EVENTOS will cancel the event, refunding the amounts received, without having to assume any other additional responsibility or cost.
