To ensure a pleasant experience, it is important that all visitors comply with the following rules:

- For safety reasons, it is forbidden to attempt to move the figures, shake them, or manipulate their clothing or hair.
- The consumption of food, drink, tobacco, or electronic cigarettes is not permitted inside the museum.
- Animals are not allowed inside the museum.
- Entry with objects that may be considered dangerous is prohibited.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult during the visit. It is important to keep them at your side and prevent them from playing with the figures, raising their voices, or running around the rooms.
- Flash photography and video recording are permitted. However, the use of tripods or other devices that obstruct the movement and visibility of other visitors is not permitted.
- The organization is not responsible for the loss or theft of visitors' belongings. - Re-entry to the museum is not permitted once the visit has ended and the building has been exited.
- All rooms must be vacated 10 minutes before closing time.

- By FGC or Renfe: Get off at Plaça Catalunya station and from there walk down La Rambla (15-minute walk), or take Metro Line 3 towards Zona Universitària, get off at Drassanes station and exit at Rambla.
- By bus: Bus lines that stop near the Wax Museum are 59, D20, H14, V13, and V17.
- By metro: The nearest metro station is Drassanes (L3, green line), exit at Rambla.
- By car: There is no free parking near the museum, but there are parking garages with hourly rates. - Motorcycle: There is motorcycle parking in front of the entrance to the museum passage (La Rambla street, going up towards Plaza Cataluña).
