IMPORTANT INFORMATION VOLTA A PORTUGAL: AUGUST 5 AND 6
- The palace grounds and outdoor parking areas will be reserved for the organization and will not be available between 12:00 noon on August 5 and 21:30 noon on August 6;
- The start IC19, which provides access to the Queluz National Palace, will be closed between 9:30 PM on August 5th and 10:30 PM on August 6th;
- Between 7:00 AM and 10:30 PM on August 6th, general road access to the Palace will be closed, and checkpoints will be set up at the GNR Practical School roundabout;
Exceptionally, buses transporting groups of visitors may bypass this checkpoint and park on the road that connects to the D. Maria Isabel de Bragança roundabout. From there, the journey to the Palace must be made on foot.

Learn about the history of this ornate palace and its gardens. Known as Portugal's answer to Versailles, it was originally designed as a summer residence for the royal family before King Pedro III transformed it into a palace. Discover for yourself the majesty of the 18th-century aristocracy!

NOTICE: The remodeling work on the ticket office and shop of the National Palace of Queluz has forced the temporary relocation of these services. The tour circuit temporarily begins in the Throne Room.
