RECOMMENDATIONS:
Respect the natural environment of Teide National Park.

If you have health problems, consult your doctor before participating in the activity.
RESTRICTIONS:
Children under 8 years of age are not allowed on this Teide night excursion. Children under 16 years of age are prohibited from using the facilities unless accompanied at all times by an adult. People with cardiovascular problems, pregnant women, or people with physical or motor disabilities are not permitted to ascend the Teide Cable Car, given that the technical conditions of the National Park make it impossible to guarantee their safe evacuation within the time required by current regulations.
Access to the activity is not permitted if the user shows symptoms of altitude sickness, dizziness, fever, or physical discomfort/pain, or if they have cardiovascular or neurological conditions or similar serious conditions.
Access is also prohibited if the user is intoxicated, under drug abuse, or in any other condition that may be detrimental to their own safety, that of other users, or the service.
In general, the right of admission is reserved in situations where the user's abilities are impaired in a way that could interfere with the normal operation of the cable car, or when the user behaves aggressively or disrespectfully towards the environment, other users, or the Teide Cable Car staff. If you are not wearing appropriate footwear, that is, sports or mountain footwear, for safety reasons, access is expressly prohibited in flip-flops, shoes without back support, shoes with heels/wedges, or open-toed shoes with smooth soles.
It is important to note that in the event of the Teide Cable Car's facilities being shut down for unexpected technical reasons, those at the upper station must make the descent on foot via steep mountain trails.
Suitcases or large bags are not allowed.
Animals are not allowed, except for guide and therapy dogs.
Please note that you must present your individual ticket for all journeys, both up and down. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in denied boarding.
