Barcelona Zoo is located in Ciutadella Park, in Barcelona. Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances. It is not permitted to leave the Zoo and re-enter with the same ticket. You must keep your ticket during your visit to the Zoo and show it to authorized staff upon request. Touching and feeding the animals is strictly prohibited. Barcelona Zoo has three objectives: conservation, research, and education. It receives numerous visitors throughout the year. Therefore, the facilities must be respected and appropriate behavior must be maintained.

No changes or cancellations are permitted.

Exchange or collection point

Parc de la Ciutadella - *Due to the ongoing renovations at Barcelona Zoo, from July 20, 2026, access to the zoo will be exclusively through the Parc de la Ciutadella entrance. The entrance on Wellington Street will be temporarily closed.
